Development of paddling program to the local communities in the country
National Competitions Conducted
In conjunction with the Ministry Of Youth & Sports and Fiji NationalSports Commission, celebrated “city day” on the FDB foreshore, inviting general public to try out paddling.
Once accreditation was granted, hosted a regatta at the FDB foreshore inviting newer community clubs to compete and get a taste of the sport. From this we managed to build membership of participants since then.
Activities in DevelopmentPrograms Conducted
Worked with the Fiji National Sports Commission during the latter part of the year, with Fiji Swimming in promoting & developing swimming& paddling for the youths of our local communities in the district areas of the country from Ovalau, Nausori, Lami, Raiwaqa.
