2 National Swimming Records broken in the pool today

Congratulations to Nadi's Taichi Vakasama breaking two National Open Swimming Records at the Damador Aquatic Centre today in the Men's 100m Breastroke (1:03.24) and 200m Individual Medley (2:08.41) events to help his Nadi team in leading the medal tally.

Exciting relays in the pool to close this evenings program with Suva beating Rotuma in the Women's 4x200m Freestyle and Nadi taking out the Gold in the Men's 4x100m Medley Relay.

Overall Swimming medal tally stands at:

1st - Nadi: 14 Gold, 16 Silver, 16 Bronze
2nd - Rotuma: 12 Gold, 9 Silver, 10 Bronze
3rd - Suva: 8 Gold, 7 Silver, 4 Bronze
