2026 FASANOC Annual General Meeting

To: All FASANOC Affiliates and Officers of the Executive Board

Please take note that in accordance with Article 15 (c) of the FASANOC Charter, notice is hereby given that the Annual General Assembly of the Fiji Association of Sports and National Olympic Committee will be held on Wednesday 29 April 2026, commencing at 5.30 pm at Fiji Olympic House, Suva.

In accordance with Article 13.2 the following business will be transacted:

1. Confirmation of Minutes of the last Annual General Assembly

2. Matters arising from the Minutes

3. Receive and adopt the President’s Annual Report

4. Receive and adopt the Financial Report

5. Elect Office Bearers for the ensuing year

6. Appoint a Patron and a Vice Patron

7. Appoint a Hon Auditor

8. Appoint a Hon Solicitor

9. Motions if any

10. General Business

Each affiliated federation is required to send two accredited delegates to the meeting.
