Fiji is bidding to host the 18th Pacific Games in 2027 and the 2027 Pacific Games Bid Committee invites tenders to produce a Bid Document that will showcase Fiji as the best candidate to host the region's top athletes in 2027.

Scope of work:

 Bid Document concept and design

 Bid Document preparation

 Bid Document production

Bid Document content will include:

 General Background

 Sports Programme

 Organizing Committee

 Past sports events and other major events hosted

 Technical Officials

 Facilities and Accommodation

 General Arrangements

 Finance

 Technology and Communications

The guidelines of the Pacific Games Council require a digital Bid Document to be submitted by 20 March, 2020 and a full Bid Presentation to the members of the Council at its General Assembly being held in Saipan in September, 2020 (date to be confirmed).

Interested parties who can meet strict deadlines, work with urgency under minimum supervision and have had experience in producing bid documents for similar regional and international events, should send their tender to:
